The truth is, for Griswold Lasalle, picking a distinctive color, one of prestige, was the best decision they could make to exhibit poise in a dull market.

Everyone loves beach parties

Presentation have a tendency to get a bit tense when discussing permanent decisions with a lot of cooks in the kitchen. I used this fairly cheesy mockup to show off some “swag”, but mainly in an effort to break up the presentation and ease tension.
